- Accountable for achieving net hearing instrument revenue sales targets within approved ASP level and growing additional revenue streams on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Building customer count and developing long-standing customer relationships, both existing and new, by uncovering customer pains/needs and providing effective business solutions to meet these needs.
- Grow current customers’ business, resole issues, improve profitability (reduce return for credit rates etc…).
- Acting as a first point of contact for all customer development needs.
- Deliver effective sales presentations to communicate GN Hearing’s technology story to both individual customers and large groups of customers.
- Work effectively with the Customer Service Team to resolve barriers to development of customer relationship, such as remake and repair issues, delivery times…
- Work effectively with an inside sales partner to develop a clear weekly and monthly plan.
- Coordinate the training of customers to fit all of GN Hearings’ hearing devices using software-based programs.
- Preparing and executing upon an annual territory business plan in accordance with the segmentation and targeting strategy in place.
- Attend industry and internal conferences and seminars to cultivate customer relationships.
- Strengthening the omni-channel strategy of customers.
Profiel kandidaat
- Bachelor or Master Degree (or equivalent) in business areas such as management, marketing or economics.
- A minimum of 2 years successful outside sales experience (either with retail or B2B, preferably with medical devices) OR a minimum of 2 years successful sales performance as an inside sales rep.
- Experience in delivering effective presentations to large groups of people.
- Experience with usage of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com)
- Superior computing skills including a thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A high problem solving ability.
- Structured in planning, working methodology and documentation.
- Achievement oriented.
- Perfectly trilingual (Dutch, French, English)
