As a Marketing Business Partner you will be part of the marketing team and be responsible for the analysis of market data and trends across the markets we serve or seek to enter with specific offerings. In cooperation with the Sector Leads from the Sales department, you will translate these offerings into concrete marketing plans and marketing actions to attain or improve our positioning in those markets. You will also manage the execution and follow-up on those plans. Therefore, you will coordinate and closely collaborate with the other Marketing Business Partners. In this way, you ensure coherent plans across the entire organization. You will also be able to rely on internal resources such as copywriters, marketing assistants and graphic designer as well as work with external agencies where needed.

Your responsibilities as Marketing Business Partner include:

  • Gather, analyze and interpret industry, competitor, customer data, information and trends to provide insights into business development opportunities in our chosen markets.
  • Identify market potential and in tandem with the Sector Leads translate this into marketing initiatives, and manage the execution and follow-up on those plans.
  • Be an expert on relevant (external) marketing databases and sources, in cooperation with the internal data insights department
  • Assist with surveys and compile results into detailed reports.
  • Effectively manage timelines and projects.
  • Present findings in an appropriate and timely manner to both sales and marketing to allow critical decisions making based on key research data.
  • Working collaboratively across the local marketing & sales organizations as well as the wider Inetum group.

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences, Economics, Statistics or a related business field;
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in strategic marketing, business analysis or a similar market research function, preferably in the technology industry;
  • Have a strong background in planning, managing, analyzing, reporting of qualitative and quantitative research studies;
  • Communicate excellent both verbal and written: you are able to present ideas and findings effectively to peers and all levels of management, both internally and externally;
  • Have project management skills in order to handle multiple projects efficiently: you are able to meet deadlines and maintain professional demeanor while working under pressure;
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and are able to work effectively in a diverse team environment;
  • Have problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
  • are a reliable, flexible, and well-organized self-starter: you adapt readily and quickly to a changing work environment;
  • Have strong analytical skills and experience with CRM & marketing automation
  • Speak Dutch, French as well as English fluently!
