You will work closely with teams across the business to optimize processes, improve intercompany pricing structures, and drive system enhancements within SAP, JD Edwards, and S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective management, optimisation, and governance of systems and processes supporting intercompany pricing activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and continuously enhancing end-to-end system governance, including platforms, workflows, and operational processes.
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as AGP, Tax Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial, NPI, and Product Management teams to ensure accurate ICP calculations, setup, and application of intercompany pricing models throughout the supply chain.
- Performing critical ERP transactions and maintenance activities within JD Edwards, SAP, and S/4HANA environments.
- Supporting annual year-end activities, including outbound and inbound standard cost uploads across multiple ERP systems, as well as coordinating year-end GMED kit calculations.
- Collaborating with the team lead to analyze data, validate business processes, and develop workflows to support large-scale testing and operational deployment.
- Ensuring operational requests are delivered within agreed service levels while maintaining controls that safeguard business continuity and order fulfillment.
- Managing the collection, validation, and retention of approvals related to standard cost and ICP updates, while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and audit standards.
- Supporting global projects aimed at harmonizing and optimizing intercompany pricing processes across the organization.
- Adhering to all applicable health, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.

Profiel kandidaat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance, systems, data, or process-driven environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, SQL, and preferably Alteryx
- Strong affinity with ERP systems and digital tools, including SAP, JD Edwards, SAP S/4HANA, and Microsoft 365
- Experience within the MedTech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is a strong asset
- Experience participating in or leading projects as a project lead, product owner, or key project team member
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
- Capable of translating complex business challenges into practical and workable solutions
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way
- Relationship builder who enjoys working across departments and cultures
