Taken en verantwoordelijkheden


  • You are responsible for the hardware repairs on-site at our customers or internally at Realdolmen.
  • You will also take care of the registration, follow-up and administration. This includes the recording of calls, diagnosis, planning, administrative handling of calls and the collection of information in this respect.
  • Your package of duties also includes handling complaints.
  • You will participate in all activities within Field Operations
  • You have frequent contact with customers


  • You can already present considerable experience in a similar role.
  • You are bilingual (Dutch – French), knowledge of English is certainly a plus.
  • You are stress-resistant and organisationally strong, you are technically gifted.
  • You can work independently and autonomously.
  • In addition to your sense of responsibility, you also work meticulously, accurately and critically.
  • You have knowledge and experience of supporting the most common A brands (HP, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Dell, Xerox Apple,…).
  • You should preferably have a number of technical certificates on these A-brands
  • Experience in support and knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Office packages, networking is a must.
  • Ideally, you have already worked with Axapta (AX) and Omnitracker (OT).
  • You are willing to travel frequently all over Belgium
