  • As a Customer Service Representative you receive and answer customer calls related to orders.
  • You receive and review customer orders.
  • You process product orders via ERP system and coordinate shipment with the logistics department.
  • You organize return shipments.
  • As a Customer Service Representative you log, report and resolve customer complaints.

Profiel kandidaat

  • As a Customer Service Representative you hold a Bachelor or Master degree.
  • You have 2 years'  experience in a similar job position.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS OfficeSAP and Internet.
  • You have a strong interest in order management systems.
  • You are organised, customer minded and commercial.
  • As a Customer Service Representative you have excellent communication skills. You speak German, English and Dutch.
